How can spinning balls close a throttle?
Fit the components, then test the mechanism.
The arms swing outward as speed rises. Their geometry lifts a sliding sleeve, which closes the throttle through a real linkage. This ideal equilibrium lesson shows the direction of feedback rather than simulating engine regulation.
Unloaded ideal Watt governor, gravity/centripetal balance. Numerical arms meet on the spindle axis; the illustrated hinge seats are separated for inspection. Pivot offset and sleeve weight are omitted from the readings. Arm stop 75°. No transient or spring-loaded-governor performance claim.
Raise the sleeve past half travel.
Find how rising speed closes the throttle.
