Fit each assembly on its seat before starting.
Water comes from the visible reservoir; clouds do not create it. Cool a humid parcel to saturation and track vapor left in the air, liquid rain and heat transferred out. A separate pressure difference drives wind. A dramatic storm needs major transfers of energy and momentum even when their controller is fictional.
Fictional direct control of atmospheric heat and pressure. One 1,000 kg dry-air parcel begins at 25°C; chosen initial humidity ratio is 0–20 g/kg. Final saturated humidity uses ws = 0.622 es/(101325−es), es = 610.94 exp(17.625 T/(T+243.04)) Pa. Condensate is max(0, initial water − ws × dry air mass). Cooling removal is m_air cp ΔT + m_condensed Lv with cp = 1005 J/(kg·K), Lv = 2.45 MJ/kg. The scene shows liquid rain only, final T ≥ 5°C. Wind is a bounded ideal pressure-to-speed estimate sqrt(2Δp/ρ), ρ = 1.2 kg/m³, without forecast skill or actual weather control.
Condense at least 20 kg of water while keeping the pressure-driven wind below 15 m/s.
